Jordan Korpel

Jordan Korpel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations and Field Support for Canada and the US at Gates Corporation since October 2017, Jordan oversees IT operations across multiple sites and focuses on aligning teams with business goals while ensuring top-tier support for internal customers. Prior to this role, Jordan held positions such as IT Field Support Manager and Systems Administrator at Atlas Hydraulics Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing infrastructure and standardizing equipment across multiple locations. Additionally, Jordan has experience as an instructor at Mohawk College, teaching Windows Server 2008 Administration, and has held various roles in systems administration and helpdesk support throughout a progressive career in IT. Jordan holds a degree in Network Engineering & Security Analyst from Mohawk College.
