Tina (Christine) Wixom, PHR, DBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Tina (Christine) is currently working as the Program Director for Accounting & Business Programs at Gateway Community College, where they have been a Residential Business Faculty member since 2020. Prior to this, Tina worked at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, holding various positions including Director of Faculty Policy and Reporting, Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs, and Coordinator with an HR focus. Tina (Christine) also served as an Assistant Professor of Business at Waldorf University and an Adjunct Instructor at Muscatine Community College. Tina has had significant experience in project management and e-commerce implementation, having worked as a Lead Content Developer & Communications Coordinator, eBusiness Project Manager, and e-Commerce Implementation Specialist at The HON Company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Letica Corporation, a Performance Financial Analyst at Investment Performance Services, LLC, and a Branch Administrator at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Tina also gained valuable HR and management experience as the HR & Office Manager at Burton Training Group and as a Letterhop Production Manager at CDS Global.

Tina (Christine) earned their Doctor of Business Administration degree from California Southern University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in 2012. Tina (Christine) also holds certificates in management and coaching from MRA Institute of Management and an Excellence in College Teaching Certificate from QCPDN - Quad-Cities Professional Development Network. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business from Baker College Business and Corporate Services, which they completed between 2008 and 2010. Tina (Christine) started their academic journey at Muscatine Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business from 1987 to 2001. Additionally, they hold the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in March 2023.
