Joel Gokool

Joel Gokool is currently the Head of Human Resources at Gateway Development Commission (GDC). Previously, Joel held positions at NJ TRANSIT and State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority where Joel provided strategic HR support, managed HR transformation, and developed talent acquisition functions. Joel holds a Forensic Accounting Certificate and a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Inspection and Oversight from John Jay College. Joel has a strong background in HR analytics, leadership development, and employee relations.
