Alex Love

Alex Love, SHRM-CP, is the Founder and CEO of Alex Love Consulting, established in January 2018, focusing on training and coaching that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in workplace cultures. With a diverse background in human resources, Alex has also served as a People & Culture Consultant at Gather since August 2018 and collaborated with Envoy from January 2021 to January 2024. Previously, Alex co-founded Geenie, a self-development platform for Black women, and held various HR roles at VICE Media, Xaxis, and 24/7 Media Inc. Alex's early career includes work as a Scholarship Database Manager and Staff Writer at Diversity Abroad. Alex Love holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociocultural Anthropology from New York University.
