Spencer Hamm

Spencer Hamm has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2012. Spencer began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Mainz Brady Group in 2012, then moved to Technisource in 2005. In 2004, they worked as a Quality Management Systems Document Controller for Spherion for Hewlett Packard. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Technical Recruiter at Systems Integration Solutions. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Technical Recruiter at Upwork. In 2018, they were promoted to Manager at ChargePoint, where they grew and led the US Engineering and Support hiring teams. Spencer'sroles included managing 8 direct reports, scaling the US Engineering team from zero to four recruiters, and increasing the US Support team hiring by over 90%/month. In 2022, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition at Gatik.

Spencer Hamm holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed in 2002. Spencer then earned a Corporate MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University - College of Business in 2012. Spencer is currently studying Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara.
