Jack Steege

Jack Steege is an experienced professional with a focus on sustainability and climate change, currently serving as Director at Gatsby Africa since April 2016, after holding roles as Deputy Director and Senior Program Manager. Jack Steege previously worked at Gatsby Charitable Foundation as a Program Manager and at PwC as a Senior Associate and Associate, where the emphasis was on REDD+ and Climate-Smart Agriculture. Earlier experience includes positions as a Carbon Certification Associate at Green Resources AS and involvement in community-led REDD research during an internship with LTS International. Jack Steege holds an MSc in Carbon Management from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Economics from Newcastle University, along with recent participation in the Oxford Impact Investment Programme.
