Sally Spicer

Sally Spicer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sally began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Personnel Selection in 2000. Sally then moved on to Robert Half International, where they worked as a Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant for eight years. In 2010, Sally joined Barclay Meade as a Finance Recruitment Manager, eventually becoming a Senior Finance Recruitment Manager. In 2020, they founded SCOACH Career Coaching and became its Founder. Currently, Sally is the Head of Equity Diversity & Inclusion at Gattaca, a position they have held since 2022.
