Dan Hogan has a diverse work experience in the field of public health and statistics. Dan began their career as a Post Graduate Researcher at UC Davis in 2001 and later worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard School of Public Health. In 2004, they joined the University of Michigan as a Graduate Student before moving to Harvard University as a Graduate Student in 2006. Dan then served as a Short Term Consultant at The World Bank from 2012 to 2013. From 2011 to 2013, Dan worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard School of Public Health. Dan then joined the World Health Organization in 2013 as a Technical Officer/Statistician and worked there until 2018. Currently, Dan serves as the Head of Measurement and Strategic Information at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.
Dan Hogan received their AB in Biology from Dartmouth College in 2000. Dan then pursued an MPH in Epidemiology at the University of Michigan from 2004 to 2006. Finally, they obtained a PhD in Health Policy and Decision Science from Harvard University between 2006 and 2011.
