Leah Jacobson

Head of Customer Experience at Gaviti

Leah Jacobson has a long and varied work experience. Leah began their career in 2006 as an Administrative Manager at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC. In 2007, they moved to MBT Consultants as a Marketing Manager. In 2008, they joined Nielsen as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for data analysis and marketing research. Leah then moved up to become a Customer Success Team Leader and then Head of Customer Success. In 2018, they were Head of Customer Success & Support at Localize.city (Madlan). In 2019, they were Director of Business Operations at they code; and in 2021, they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Papaya Global. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Experience at Gaviti.

Leah Jacobson holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
