Rob Lankey

Rob Lankey has extensive experience in the finance industry, having worked since 1990. Rob began their career at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society as an Executive Manager of Commercial Lending, where they delivered changes in the Society's lending policy and built a buy to let business from scratch. In 2007, they joined Aldermore Bank PLC as a Chief Data Officer, Group Distribution Director, and Managing Director of Commercial Mortgages and Property Development. Rob then moved to NACFB in 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, they joined Saffron Housing Trust Limited as a Non Executive Director and in 2019, they joined Shawbrook Bank as the Director of Commercial Investment Lending. In 2020, they began working at Chordis Capital as a Managing Director and at AKTC Ltd as a Director. Rob's current role is Chief Commercial Officer at GB Bank, which they began in 2022.
