Bridget Jurcisek has over two decades of experience in client support and customer service, beginning at GBS in June 1998 as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included handling specifications, pricing, and ordering for clients. Bridget advanced to Customer Service Supervisor, managing day-to-day operations for a team of twelve and overseeing training and evaluations. Since August 2010, Bridget has served as a Client Support Specialist, focusing on project management for Document Management and Customer Program implementations, as well as developing and delivering training programs for MyGBS. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Completion in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Polaris Career Center and a high school diploma from North Olmsted High School.
