Christopher Burns

Christopher Burns has had a successful career in the telecommunications industry, holding various leadership positions. Christopher most recently served as the VP of Network Operations at GCI General Communication, Inc., where they played a key role in business transformation initiatives and led efforts to unify multiple services teams. Prior to that, Christopher was the COO at Whidbey Telecom, where they directed operational and regulatory policies and contributed to the organization's growth. Christopher also held positions at Alaska Communications, including VP of Network Services, where they managed infrastructure and played a role in strategic planning, and Burlington Telecom, where they served as General Manager and oversaw the company's activities and managed the development of a fiber-to-the-home network.

Christopher Burns has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the State University of New York Cortland. In addition to their formal education, Christopher obtained a certification in Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing from The 280 Group in April 2017.
