Joe Crane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management, business development, and proposal management across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager at Crane & Associates since February 2017, Joe specializes in concrete installation, roofing, and structural repair for both commercial and residential clients in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Washington DC. As the Senior Capture and Proposal Manager at GDI Consulting, Joe focuses on developing federal opportunities and leading proposal efforts. Previous roles include Managing Director at International Construction & Engineering and Raydar International, where Joe successfully managed large-scale projects such as the rehabilitation of the Central Bank of Liberia. Joe's diverse background also includes significant contributions to IT consulting and operations in various countries, with a strong foundation in engineering and management services supported by degrees from Tennessee Temple University and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
