Martin O'Neill has extensive work experience in various high-level roles within the aerospace and power industries. Martin began their career at Rolls-Royce in 1997 as a Program Manager and Principal Engineer, where they worked for almost a decade. In 2007, they joined Bombardier as a Senior Director, responsible for the Project Management Office and Engineering. In 2010, O'Neill moved to GE Transportation, where they served as a Senior Executive until 2017. Martin then transitioned to GE Power Services, where they held the position of General Manager until 2019. From 2019 until the present, O'Neill has been the Vice President of Product Management, Strategy, and Operations for Commercial Engines and Services at GE Aerospace. Overall, their experience spans strategy development, business leadership, and project management across different sectors of the industry.

Martin O'Neill completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics from Brunel University London in 1997. Martin further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Project Management from The University of Manchester between 2000 and 2003.
