Kerrey Lesher

Kerrey Lesher is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in leadership and labor relations. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at GE Appliances since December 2020, Kerrey leads 100 UAW employees, focusing on safety, production efficiency, and defect reduction. Prior to this role, Kerrey held various positions at Ford Motor Company from May 2014 to December 2020, including Senior Labor Relations Representative and Human Resources Generalist, along with a background as a Production Supervisor. Starting a career at UPS from September 2006 to May 2014 as a Supervisor, Kerrey managed a team of 25 employees, overseeing attendance and training. Education includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Jefferson Community College.
