Dr. Matthias Hornemann

Dr. Matthias Hornemann has extensive work experience in various engineering and manufacturing roles. Dr. Matthias currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at Gebauer & Griller, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to their current position, Dr. Hornemann worked as the Director of Industrial Engineering at Nidec Motors & Actuators (Germany) GmbH from June 2018 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of Assembly Systems Europe at HELLA from September 2014 to May 2018. Dr. Hornemann's professional journey began at Fraunhofer IPA, where they worked as a scientific employee from October 1995 to January 2002. Dr. Matthias then joined Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG as a Research and Preliminary Development specialist from February 2002 to May 2005. From June 2005 to August 2014, Dr. Hornemann worked at Robert Bosch GmbH as a Group Leader.

Dr. Matthias Hornemann has a Doctor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Stuttgart. Dr. Matthias also has a Diplom degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
