Alarie Teal

Alarie Teal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1996, Alarie worked as a Manager of Telecommunications at 24 Hour Fitness, where they were responsible for managing the fitness chain's telecommunications systems. In 1998, they moved on to become a Senior Telecommunications Project Manager at LPL Financial, overseeing the maintenance and upgrade of telecommunications systems.

In the year 2000, Alarie joined NICE Systems as a Senior Project Manager for the Western Region. Here, they were responsible for implementing the company's Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) products in client premises across North America. Alarie successfully managed teams of engineers, technical support, vendors, and clients.

Alarie worked as a Project Analyst at Kyocera Communications, Inc. in 2004, where they assisted in the implementation of mobile telecommunication systems. Following that, they joined MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. as an Enterprise Project Manager in 2005. In this role, they led a cross-functional team in developing and implementing a custom portal platform delivery system.

Inovaare Corporation employed Alarie as a Consultant: Director of Professional Services in 2011. Alarie was responsible for project management, consulting, implementation, analysis, training, and client support. Later that year, they moved to Brand New Day, HMO, where they worked as a Consultant: Project Manager, focusing on new business integration and compliance.

From 2012, Alarie held various roles at NASCO, including Sr. Project Manager, Pega Solutions Security Compliance, and Government Services Compliance Consultant. In these positions, they oversaw security and compliance projects, managed compliance programs, and facilitated government compliance meetings.

Additionally, Alarie worked at GeBBS Consulting as a Senior Project Manager, contributing to Pega Solutions Security Compliance projects.

Throughout their career, Alarie has demonstrated expertise in security and compliance project management, government compliance, and managing cross-functional teams.

Alarie Teal completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from National University from 1981 to 1984. Alarie then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at the same institution from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they studied Mechanical Engineering at San Diego State University from 1978 to 1980, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in this field. In 2015, Alarie Teal obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
