Cherkie Wong has several years of experience in various roles related to operations, service, and customer care.

From 2010 to 2013, Cherkie worked as a Warehouse Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs.

In 2014, Cherkie joined Avery Dennison as a Warehouse Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing the daily operations of the distribution center in Hong Kong.

Starting from 2015, Cherkie took on the role of Business Development Manager APAC at SkylogistiX. In this role, they were responsible for introducing the company's services and solutions to airline customers in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, they managed equipment packing operations for a major local airline and catering company, including negotiation, sourcing, logistics, and invoicing.

Also in 2015, Cherkie started working as an Efficiency Manager APAC at SPIRIANT. They held this position until 2020, where they were responsible for improving efficiency in the Asia Pacific region.

Most recently, Cherkie joined Geek+ as a Senior Manager - Implementation, Service and Customer Care APAC in 2020. Their responsibilities in this role include developing a team of 80 employees, providing 24/7 customer service, and setting up governance and management tools for the service team's operations.

Cherkie Wong completed a Bsc in Hotel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Cherkie Wong graduated from David Thompson High School in 2006. Cherkie Wong also obtained additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Institute in August 2013 and a Six Sigma Green Belt from the same institute in March 2011.
