Markus Schellinger

Markus Schellinger's work experience includes various roles in the logistics and automation industry. Markus is currently the Vice President of Solutions Engineering & Business Development EMEA at Geek+, a global technology company specializing in advanced robotics and AI technologies for warehouse solutions. In this role, they are responsible for developing the technical EMEA strategy, leading the EMEA Solution team, and engaging in business development within the EMEA region.

Prior to their current role, Markus worked at SSI SCHÄFER, where they held multiple positions. Markus served as the Director of Technology & Solutions in the Market Sector Retail & Wholesale - Logistics Systems & Automation from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they were the Concept Manager in the Logistics Systems & Automation division from 2013 to 2016.

Markus also gained experience at SSI SCHAEFER CHINA as an Application Engineer in Logistics Systems & Automation in 2013. Prior to that, they worked at SSI SCHÄFER AUTOMATION GMBH, DEUTSCHLAND as an Application Engineer in Conveyor Systems and Components from 2011 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Markus worked as a Student Assistant for logistics projects at the Institute of Applied Logistics from 2010 to 2011. Markus also gained experience at Daimler in the Worldwide Transportation department, focusing on procurement logistics networks in Europe from 2009 to 2010.

Markus Schellinger obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) in 2011. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on various fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project management, and Business Informatics. Markus pursued further education and completed their Master's degree in Business and Engineering (MBE) from the University of Stuttgart in 2017, specializing in Logistics Management.
