Rita Bildøy

Rita Bildøy is an experienced professional in global compliance and training, currently serving as the Head of Global Compliance and Training for GE HealthCare since January 2021, after holding various roles within the organization since May 2011. Prior roles include GPV Compliance and Training Lead, focusing on the preparation and maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File and performance metrics. Additionally, Rita has contributed to PWN Norway as VP of Membership and VP of Events, advocating for international professional women. Previous experiences also include a position as a Schuman scholar at the European Parliament and an assistant role at Ordem dos Médicos Veterinários, coordinating international relations. Education encompasses a Post Graduation in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master’s in Emergent Infectious Diseases from Universidade de Lisboa, alongside a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
