Shannon Hobbs is the Chief People Officer at Geico. Shannon has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has previously worked as a Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources (CHRO), at American Century Investments, as well as Managing Director, Head of Talent, at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Shannon has a proven track record in leading global talent management and Learning & Development for large organizations, and is considered an expert in the field.

Shannon Hobbs has a BA in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from Golden Gate University.
