Beverly Tchang

Beverly Tchang has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Beverly started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Medical Center in 2004 and worked there till 2006. Beverly then joined the National Institutes of Health as a Research Assistant in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Research Technician at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Beverly then joined the New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 2013 as an Internal Medicine Resident and later became an Endocrine, Diabetes, and Metabolism Fellow from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Weill Cornell Medicine as an Obesity Medicine Fellow and then transitioned to the role of Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in 2019. Beverly has also worked as a Medical Consultant at Intellihealth, Novo Nordisk, and Gelesis since 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Beverly Tchang began their education journey by attending the University of Chicago from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, with a focus on Immunology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University from 2009 to 2013. Here, they earned their MD degree.
