Mhrir Kimberley Davis Sphr

Kimberley Davis, MHRIR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in HR roles. Kimberley began their career as an HR Representative at Book of the Month Club in 1995, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they served as an HR Manager at CRHS @ Hamilton Health Center. Since 2006, they have been the HR Director at GRF CPAs & Advisors, where they lead and provides expertise in various HR functions such as organizational effectiveness, talent management, and compensation and benefits. Kimberley is known for their strategic approach and hands-on expertise in HR policy and practice.

Kimberley Davis, MHRIR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1995.
