Adam Rocker

Adam Rocker is an accomplished R&D Director at GelSana since November 2021, demonstrating extensive expertise in bioengineering and translational biomaterials. Education includes a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where dissertation research focused on a novel sulfonated thermoresponsive injectable polymeric gel for therapeutic protein release post-myocardial infarction. Prior experience includes roles as Scientist I at both GE Healthcare Dharmacon, Inc., specializing in CRISPR RNA development, and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where significant contributions were made in translational biomaterials in both doctoral and master’s studies. Early internships at Thermo Fisher Scientific provided foundational experience in molecular biology research and product validation.
