Dzanella Tihic

Dzanella Tihic is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and organizational development. Currently serving as Directeur organisatieontwikkeling at DaVinci Academie since September 2017, Dzanella also holds the position of Afdelingshoofd Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling at Gemeente Lochem since September 2014 and operates as Founder and Director of Zone Solutions, an organization specializing in project coordination and implementation. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager for the Twente Academy Young at the University of Twente from 2006 to 2014, where Dzanella played a key role in bridging elementary education with science and technology, and was recognized with the Sigma award for excellence in mathematics education collaboration in 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Management from the University of Twente and earlier studies at Comenius College.
