Pieter Lagerwerf

Pieter Lagerwerf currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and oversees e-coordination and web management at gemeente Tholen, a position held since January 2010. In addition to these roles, Pieter leads the Front-Office Programma Dienstverlening project. Previous experience includes a brief role at Vijfvoorzes advocating for advancements in cancer treatment, communication work at Nederlands fotomuseum, and founding and managing Music in Art from 1995 to 2003. Pieter's educational background includes multiple certifications and degrees in information security, privacy, and information management, with notable studies at the Security Academy, IIR - Institute for International Research, and Avans University of Applied Sciences.
