Terry Barber

Terry Barber serves as a Congressional Liaison for the Space Force at the Headquarters United States Space Force, focusing on organizational planning and implementation to strengthen the agency. Prior experience includes extensive roles within the Army National Guard, culminating in positions such as Team Chief at the National Guard Bureau's Joint Operations Center and various leadership roles in operations and logistics. Barber also has a background in insurance, having operated the Terry Barber Agency for American Family Insurance, and has held management positions at ACE Hardware. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions from Webster University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Small Business Administration/Management from Oregon State University.
