Filip Askvig

Filip Askvig has extensive work experience in finance and management consulting. Filip currently works as a CFO for CFOLab, providing financial support to growing businesses. Filip also holds the position of CFO at Baril Coatings and Gen25.

Prior to joining CFOLab, Askvig worked at Telenor, where they served as a Project Owner for S-ERP (Oracle Fusion) and Finance Lead at the Scandinavian Shared Service Center. Filip was responsible for overseeing finance-related activities and implementing financial systems.

Askvig previously held roles at Arribatec, where they served as an Engagement Manager, Group CFO, and Principal Consultant. At Arribatec, they managed projects for external clients, oversaw finance-related activities, and led the implementation of a new financial system.

Before joining Arribatec, Askvig worked at KPMG Norway and KPMG Nederland as a Manager in Financial Management. Filip was involved in finance transformation projects and process optimizations.

Askvig began their career as a Lawyer at AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen.

Throughout their career, Askvig has demonstrated expertise in finance, project management, process optimization, and strategy development.

Filip Askvig pursued their education chronologically with a Master's degree in corporate law, including maritime law, from Leiden University between 1997 and 2003. During the period of 2001 to 2002, they also studied maritime law and commercial law at the University of Oslo (UiO). Later, in 2009 to 2010, Filip enrolled at TIAS School for Business and Society to complete an Executive Master's in Finance, specializing in the field of study of finance.
