Aamara De Los Reyes

Aamara De Los Reyes has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Aamara began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at National Pen in 2005, where they provided support in various HR functions. Aamara then moved on to Trango Systems as a Human Resources Representative from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Aamara joined Life Technologies, which was later acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Aamara worked as a Human Resources Shared Services Associate, providing strategic support to HR Generalists and serving as the Workday region maintainer for North America, Canada, and Latin America. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing end-to-end activities for workforce transition actions in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

In 2014, Aamara joined NuVasive as a Human Resources Shared Services Manager. During their tenure, they implemented the HR Shared Services program, managed the HR Connect team, and served as the first point of contact for escalated employee and HR staff issues.

From 2016 to 2023, Aamara worked at Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. in various HR roles. Aamara started as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support to executive team members and acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers. Aamara then transitioned to Talent Acquisition Operations/Recruiting, where they recruited and sourced key talent, managed the application process, and supported the Talent Acquisition team on Workday recruiting issues. Lastly, they worked as a Manager, Human Resources, responsible for HR operations support, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.

Most recently, Aamara joined Genalyte, Inc. in 2023 as a Manager, Human Resources.

From 2002 to 2007, Aamara De Los Reyes attended California State University San Marcos, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
