Sherman Mcrae

Sherman Mcrae has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to present, they have worked at Gene by Gene as a Group Project Liaison and Customer Information Specialist. In this role, they have partnered with the Research & Development department to review information and data, collaborated with 7000 researchers to oversee account mergers, and utilized presentations during 7 National and international Genealogy conferences. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at the Houston Independent School District as an Hourly Lecturer. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Prevention & Wellbeing Support. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as an ACA Eligibility Analyst, where they answered all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, analyzed and interpreted rules, regulations, and policies, and participated in the planning, design, implementation, revision, and delivery of training curriculum.

Sherman Mcrae completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina Central University in 2006. Sherman then went on to receive their Master of Arts in Public Administration from Strayer University-Maryland.
