Malwina Michalak is currently a Scientific Account Manager at Genedata since January 2022. Prior to this role, Malwina served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at University Hospital Heidelberg from October 2013 to March 2022, focusing on therapy-induced neoglycans in cancer cells through advanced proteomic and glycoproteomic techniques. Malwina also held the position of Marie Curie Early-Stage Researcher, where significant work involved proteomic and phosphoproteomic experiments related to galectin signatures in colon tumors. Additionally, Malwina worked as a Consultant at TextPartner, providing biological consultations for scientific translations for an EU project, and began academic training as a Master Student at the Maria Sklodowska-Curie Memorial Cancer Center. Education includes a Doctorate in Tumor Biology from Heidelberg University, a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from Universitat de Barcelona, and combined BSc and MSc degrees in Industrial Biotechnology from The Silesian University of Technology.
