Renzo Perales

Renzo Perales is an experienced immunologist currently serving as Immunology Lead at Geneos Therapeutics since September 2021, overseeing phase I/II clinical programs and leading initiatives in therapeutic vaccine efficacy evaluation. Prior to this role, Renzo Perales held a position as Senior Scientist in Immunology, focusing on preclinical and clinical study execution. Renzo Perales completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, specializing in cancer immunotherapies and tumor evasion mechanisms. Renzo Perales earned a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Drexel University College of Medicine and has extensive experience in forensic genetics and research assistance in tropical medicine.
