Annie Paydar

Annie Paydar is the Global Head of Human Capital at General Atlantic and leads the firm’s human capital and talent development initiatives. She also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Before joining General Atlantic in 2018, Annie spent 14 years at The Carlyle Group where she held several Human Resources leadership roles in North America and EMEA. Prior to that, Annie served on the Human Resources team at The Blackstone Group.
