Francina Mendoza

Francina Mendoza has an extensive work experience in human resources and recruiting. Francina is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Capital Management at General Atlantic since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Bain Capital Credit as the Vice President of Human Resources from January 2021 to September 2022, where they also held the position of Director of Human Resources from July 2016 to January 2021. Before joining Bain Capital Credit, Francina was a Recruiting Manager at Bain Capital from July 2014 to June 2016. Francina began their career at Bain & Company, where they worked as a Senior Graduate Recruiting Coordinator from May 2005 to November 2011. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of the Diversity Events Committee at the Directors Guild of America from January 2000 to November 2004.

Francina Mendoza attended UCLA from 1997 to 2001 and earned a Bachelor's degree in English. Additionally, in 2000 and 2001, they also studied English Literature at King's College London, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
