Kristen Distasio

Kristen DiStasio has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kristen currently holds the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at General Atlantic. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at H.I.G. Capital for over a decade. Kristen also has experience in strategic talent management and executive staffing at Pitney Bowes and served as the Director of Recruiting at Silver Point Capital. Before entering the private equity field, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiting Manager. Kristen began their career as a Search Consultant at Christian & Timbers and later became the Vice President of Global Technology Practice at Norman Broadbent.
