Brian Vinson

Brian Vinson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and monitoring solutions. Currently serving as a Senior ITOM Engineer at GDT - General Datatech, Brian is recognized as the subject matter expert for the ScienceLogic SL1 monitoring platform, supporting over 30 customers and 4,000 endpoints globally. Previous roles include a Systems Engineer at IBM, where Brian managed SolarWinds Orion NPM for diverse cloud environments and automated support processes, and at Verizon, where Brian achieved significant cost savings through system integration. Brian's foundational skills were developed in various technical positions, including work at XTO Energy, Radiant Systems Inc., and Citi.
