Gena Sproul

Gena Sproul, MHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Progeny Systems LLC, where responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and employee development for multiple locations. Prior to this role, Gena held the position of Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh-Downtown, overseeing recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and various HR functions across several departments. Gena's experience also includes a tenure as Yeoman Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve, where leadership contributed to a significant increase in unit readiness.
