Marcus Shaw

Marcus Shaw is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR leadership roles at General Mills from May 2011 to January 2025, including HR Director for Supply Chain, Strategy & Growth, and North America Retail for the Snacks operating unit. Prior to this, Marcus held positions such as Associate HR Manager (Intern) in refrigerated baked goods manufacturing, MBA Consultant at Santa Clara University, and Membership Manager at BYU Broadcasting, where fundraising and customer service were key focuses.
