Tina Yin Sowatzke

Tina Yin Sowatzke is an experienced Intellectual Property Counsel at General Mills since June 2024, with a strong background in intellectual property law gained through previous positions as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. and McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLC. Prior to her legal career, Tina practiced as a Relief Pharmacist at Walmart, where patient counseling and medication management were key responsibilities. Tina also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Zarley Law, focusing on patent applications and responses to office actions. Tina holds a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Drake University Law School and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University.
