Christina Mbagwu

Christina Mbagwu, MSHRM, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President - HR Experience Partner at GM Financial since September 2025 and is the Founder & President of Little Fish, Big Pond, a position held since June 2018. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent at Frontier Internet, Senior Program Manager & People Partner at Meta, and Senior Program Manager at SAS, among others. Christina has extensive experience in talent leadership and human resources, including notable positions at Fannie Mae and EY. Additionally, Christina contributes to the University Career Center - Advisory Board at the University of North Texas and the JSOM CMC Advisory Council at The University of Texas at Dallas. Christina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Angelo State University.
