Ken Tarango is a seasoned professional in organizational design and development, currently serving as a Sr. Organization Design and Development Consultant at GM Financial since October 2015, focusing on global talent management. With expertise in defining enterprise-wide talent management processes and enhancing employee engagement strategies, Ken has successfully collaborated with IT partners to align technology platforms with these processes. Previous roles include Change and Communications Manager at Concentra, where successful deployment of a new electronic medical record system was achieved across 300+ clinics, and Sr. Change Management Specialist at Bell Helicopter, enhancing business readiness for SAP system implementations.
