Shane Smith has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly at GM Financial, where Shane has held various leadership roles since March 1999, including Vice President of Credit Center Operations, Vice President of Credit Operations, and Vice President of Sales. Prior to GM Financial, Shane Smith worked at AmeriCredit Financial Services as a Regional Sales Manager from 1999 to 2008 and served as Assistant Manager at WFS Financial from January 1994 to March 1999, managing credit operations at a Regional Buying Center in Overland Park, KS, and a satellite office in Des Moines, IA. Shane Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Angelo State University between 1987 and 1992.
