Ben Marshall

Ben Marshall, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ben is currently employed as the Associate Director of People Strategy and Operations at Generate:Biomedicines since January 2024. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director of People Business Partner at the same company from December 2022 to January 2024.

Before joining Generate:Biomedicines, Ben worked at Exact Sciences as a Senior HR Business Partner from February 2022 to December 2022, where they supported various teams across the United States involved in changing lives through providing early and smarter answers in cancer care. Ben provided HR guidance as the teams grew and introduced multiple commercial products.
