Yolanda Winberg

Yolanda Winberg, PhD has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and people analytics. Yolanda is currently the Vice President of Talent at Generate:Biomedicines, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of People and Culture at Generate:Biomedicines from March 2022 to January 2024. Yolanda has also worked at bluebird bio as the Senior Director of Talent Management and Analytics from May 2020 to June 2021, and as the Director of People and Culture from June 2019 to May 2020. Yolanda has held various other roles throughout their career, including Adjunct Professor at Seattle Pacific University, Manager of Organizational Development at ESPN, and Organizational Development Consultant at Winberg Consulting, LLC. Yolanda has a strong background in research, evaluation, and consulting in the field of industrial/organizational psychology.

Yolanda Winberg, PhD, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Yolanda also obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. Yolanda has additional certifications in the 360 Assessment Suite from the Center for Creative Leadership, Discovery from Insights, and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
