Kimberly Demetriou

Kimberly Demetriou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Kimberly is currently working as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Generate Biomedicines, Inc., where they utilize machine learning techniques for drug discovery. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Flagship Pioneering.

Kimberly also had a long tenure at Genentech, where they held various talent acquisition roles in Pharma Technical Operations. Kimberly played a crucial role in attracting and hiring talent for both local and global positions, developing talent strategies, and providing market intelligence for informed decision making.

Before joining Genentech, Kimberly worked at Aerotek as a Recruiter and at Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation as a Senior Loan Consultant.

Kimberly Demetriou has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. Kimberly also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their degrees, Kimberly has obtained certifications in Entelo Basics from Entelo in 2019, HR Analytics from eCornell in 2018, and Talent Advisor Leadership Academy (TALA) from CEB, now Gartner. Kimberly attended the University of Florida from 1992 to 1994, but their degree and field of study during that time are unspecified.
