Jackie Allen-Joseph holds a Master's of Science from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts-Fine Arts Dance from The City College of New York. She brings over 30 years experience in instruction, curriculum design, teacher mentorship and responsive classroom. During her principalship at PS 261 she became a member of the New York State Integration Plan.
She piloted district wide diversity, equity, anti bias workshops and seminars that have led to shifts in policy, practice and curriculum.
