Philippe van Dam

Philippe van Dam has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and HR industries. Philippe started their career as a Night Auditor at Hip Hop Hostels in 2013. Philippe then worked as a Corporate Receptionist at Phone Régie in 2014. Philippe then joined Generator Hostels as a Night Auditor, later transitioning to a Travel Sales Agent and eventually becoming a Front Office Supervisor. Philippe worked at YOOMA Urban Lodge as a Duty Manager and eventually became the Lead Duty Manager, managing a team of receptionists and ensuring excellent customer service. Philippe also worked as a Duty Manager at Rydges Hotels & Resorts and Mantra Group before joining Tourism Adventure Group as a General Manager trainee. Philippe later worked as an HR Consultant at Factorial, optimizing HR capabilities for companies. Currently, Philippe is employed at Generator as a Group Reservations - CRO, where they handle group reservations and revenue management.

Philippe van Dam has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2006, they attended Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye, where they obtained an International Baccalaureat in Spanish with a focus on Physics. In 2006 to 2009, they pursued Audio Technician studies at ESRA. Later, in 2022 to 2023, they enrolled in Universidad Católica de Ávila to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business, specifically in the field of Negocios internacionales. Additionally, in the same time frame, they also pursued an MBA in International Business Management & Innovation at BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School.
