Matt McClure

Matt McClure has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Matt started their career as an intern at the New York State Workers' Compensation Board in 2003. In 2004, they joined Electronic Data Systems as a Systems Associate and later became a System Admin Associate. During their time at EDS, they were involved in training a new Tier 1 helpdesk in Mumbai, India. In 2007, Matt joined Genesee & Wyoming Inc. as a Network Administrator and eventually became the Lead IT Systems Engineer. At Genesee & Wyoming Inc., they managed the conversion of regional offices to a centralized VOIP phone system and was responsible for designing and configuring the network. Matt's expertise includes Active Directory management, troubleshooting Exchange mail server issues, and providing computer support for internal employees.

Matt McClure attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
