Gretchen Strohlein

Gretchen Strohlein has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Gretchen started their career at VW Credit in 2001 as a Section Leader in Collections. In 2006, they joined Genesis Financial Solutions as the Vice President of Business Development, later transitioning to the role of Vice President of Client Success. Gretchen also held the position of Vice President Client Services, where they managed the cross-functional activities involved in integrating new partnerships, products, and acquisitions. In addition, Gretchen served as the Senior Director of Client Services, where they acted as the primary communication channel between external partners, Bankcard/Retail, and Operations. Gretchen has also held the positions of Director of Business Integration and Director of External Operations, Training, and Quality, where they were responsible for evaluating systems and procedures, implementing changes, and managing policy and operating structures.

Gretchen Strohlein completed their BA in Geography/Anthropology from Syracuse University from 1996 to 2000. Gretchen later pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from George Fox University from 2004 to 2006.
