Gerald Gervasio Cdm

Gerald Gervasio CDM,CFPP has extensive work experience in the food and nutrition industry. Gerald began their career in 1985 as a Food Service Director for Aramark Corrections Division. From 1995 to 2006, they worked as a District Manager Dietary Services at Healthcare Services Group. In 2006, Gerald joined Pinnacle Dietary as the Vice President of Dietary Operations and later became the Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, they moved to Central Care Solutions as the Vice President of Dietary Operations until 2019. Additionally, from 2014 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Food & Nutrition Operations at Lucent Group, LLC. Currently, Gerald holds the position of VP National Dining Services Genesis Healthcare at Genesis, starting in 2023.

Gerald Gervasio CDM, CFPP has a diverse education history. Gerald obtained a Certificate of Human Resources from Bucks County Community College in 2000, focusing on SHRM Certification, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, and Labor Law. In 2003, they earned a Certified Dietary Manager degree from the University of Florida, specializing in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services. In 2008, Gerald completed a degree in Labor Law and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Villanova University, obtaining the SPHR credential. Gerald also holds additional certification as a Certified Dietary Manager from SHRM.
